The living room is the perfect place to convene after a long day at the beach, boardwalk, or pool. The home is tastefully decorated throughout and waiting for you to create your vacation memories there. If you are in the mood for some outside entertainment, stroll to the Yacht Club and listen to the live bands (in season) while you relax in one of the many Adirondack chairs overlooking the water. The Yacht Club restaurant offers indoor and outdoor (in season) dining and bars. The spacious patio has firepits for those chilly nights overlooking the Marina. The condo is also a quick walk to either the Yacht Club pool or the Mumford's Landing pool with kiddie pool. Bed sizes: 2 Kings and Queen sized sleeper sofa. -This place was spotless. Food at the Yacht Club was amazing. Boat launch is 100 yards from the door.

-I have been renting every year for 10 years and I found this property to be the cleanest and most updated property especially for the price. Location had a great view of the water. We would happily rent here again!

-Bigi’s Beach House
Spotless. Wonderful private end unit with a marina view. Well stocked with all you need in the kitchen. Very comfortable king bed. Cozy and inviting. Lovely tote full of paper and cleaning items. Linens, towels, beach chairs and towels and so much more. Will definitely rent again.
