The 10th hole and clubhouse dining/bar are an even shorter walk from your back yard. Practice chipping and pitching on the green, use the sheltered driving area, or one of the two practice sand bunkers. The kids or in laws will enjoy the entry level living space. It offers two bedrooms, a bathroom with tub/shower combo, and den with sliders that open up to the water views. The stackable washer and dryer are also located on the entry level. The 2nd floor has your main living space, with kitchen, living room, and dining area all combined. The master bedroom and bathroom are also located on the 2nd floor. The sectional couch and additional seating in the the living room offer enough space for the whole family to gather. An additional table with chairs is located in the corner of the living room, surrounded by windows with yet more great water views. This area is a great spot for family board games or a game of cards. You are a short drive to the beach and all of the Ocean City activities. While renting, you will also receive a beach club parking pass for the 49th/50th street parking lot. This area has outside showers and a café once you are ready to take a beach break. Bed sizes are King, Queen, and 2 Twins. 5 TV's are located in the living room, den, master bedroom, and both bedrooms downstairs. *If boating, you will need to go under a bridge to access the open waters.
