The living room is the perfect place to enjoy a movie as the kids play outside, or gather together for your favorite show before bed. The upstairs space has all 3 bedrooms and both full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private bath with double sink and space for all of your personal bath items. The bunk bed room is sure to be a hit with the kids. There is so much to explore within the community of Ocean Pines! Take a morning stroll on one of the walking trails or around the pond to visit with the ducks. In the afternoon, pack a lunch and spent time at one of the many parks in their picnic area. The younger children will love the multiple playgrounds where they can run off their energy. Cool off on the hot days at one of the pools, or rent a kayak and glide through the waterways. The home offers a 2 car garage for your automobiles, beach gear, or bikes. The spacious back deck is a great gathering place for a grilled meal, or relaxing in the evening. This home is not available for high school/college “Beach Week”. Cancellation fee will apply.
