Relax and enjoy the views of the water from the screened porch or walk to the dock for closer views. This home offers wireless internet as an additional amenity, and a gas grill for those summer night cook outs. Enjoy a day of beach fun in the sun and then grab a bite to eat in one of our many local restaurants. Evenings can be spent taking a stroll through the community or watching the boats come in at the Yacht Club. Bed sizes: Queen, 4 Twin's, QSS. NO ATTIC ACCESS. 3 TV's (42 inch Flat Screen in living room). Additional fees may apply for some community amenities including pools, golf, tennis, etc., please inquire.
