There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs, one being the master. The master bathroom has a tiled shower and floors and granite countertops. Enjoy a day of sun at the beach in Ocean City or catch some waves at Assateague. The thrill seekers will love a boardwalk stroll filled with games, food, and amusement rides. For those quieter evenings, gather on the screened porch or deck for refreshments and conversation. Bed sizes are: 2 Queens, 1 Full futon, and 1 Pyramid Bunk (New mattress on bottom bed of pyramid bunk for 2024). There is a new A/C heat pump on the 2nd floor for 2024 season. -We just experienced the perfect family vacation. Driving distance to anything we wanted to do. House was perfect. Felt like we lived there. very warm and inviting and exactly what we were looking for.

-Plenty of dishes, silverware, and cookware in the kitchen. Clean linens provided. Rooms were spacious. Everything was clean and ready for us upon check in.

-Perfect for our needs
The house was perfect for our needs. We shared the house with two of my daughters softball teammates and their parents and the room set ups were perfect to accommodate everyone. Everything was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook many of our meals rather than go out to eat. If I was positive about the dates I need a house for next summer, I would have already booked the house again. Hoping it will be available again next year when I am ready to book.
