I have been renting with them for a very long time, at least for over 10 years. They have always been very helpful and gone out of their way to help us! We bring our dog with us on vacation and they have the best pet friendly rentals that are clean and comfortable for us all. I lost the home we liked one year and they went above and beyond to help us find one in it's place. I would highly recommend. Hope to buy something one day and they will be the first ones I call! I have had no problems smooth renting vacation rental 2nd year now. Ocean pines, great neighborhood. Houses for vac rentals all look exactly like their website pics. Hileman has very easy over the phone payments any kind of installment you want after deposit. easy, smooth renting policy. Security deposit given back like 2wks after. No problems. Houses are great, Ocean Pines anyways.
